Build Teams That Stay Resilient, Aligned, and Effective—Particularly Under Pressure

Self Regulation &

Team Resilience Workshop

A science-backed, psychotherapy-informed workshop to enhance team regulation, reduce conflict, and optimise performance.

The Problem:

Today’s teams are operating under intense pressure with extreme demands, isolated working, and unending deadlines. In Ireland, in particular, 50% of employees report such severe workplace stress.

The cost shows up as burnout, stalled collaboration, and high staff turnover. Interpersonal conflict and a breakdown in trust are commonplace. And when emotions aren’t regulated, performance suffers.

Our workshop can help transform that.

What We Do:

Our workshops are designed around how people actually function at work — cognitively, emotionally, physically, and relationally. Together teams explore the conscious and unconscious influences that shape performance, particularly under pressure.

The body is brought into experience as a central source of emotional steadiness, resilience and trust. It’s role in facilitating clearer thinking, more effective working relationships, and greater adaptability is explored.

Change is approached from a foundation of personal resilience, not pressure or criticism. Through insight and carefully designed experiential work, participants gain a clearer understanding of personal change, and the feelings, thoughts, and behaviours that influence individual and team performance. This enables the team to close the gap between current functioning and potential.

Our approach supports both personal and team goal achievement in a way that is sustainable, repeatable, and embedded into everyday working life. With mutual understanding comes mutual accountability — creating impact that continues to develop well beyond the workshop itself.

Led by Experts

Our facilitators are IACP accredited Psychotherapists with masters level qualifications in psychotherapy (MSc) and business (MBA). Combining academic qualification with decades of corporate experience means that they understand both the inner world of human behaviour and the external realities of business pressure.

Backed by Evidence

We apply research-backed insight from psychotherapy, psychology, and neuroscience—focusing on the transformation potential of emotional regulation, group understanding and change dynamics.

Designed for Real-World Teams

This is not a “sit back and listen” session.
Your team experiences change and core skills live, in a structured, interactive format proven to increase retention and real-life application.

Why These Workshops Are Important: The Business Case

When emotions run high, teams lose clarity and focus. Conversations stall. Small issues escalate. Trust erodes. Productivity falls. Managers struggle and feel out of their depth. Staff turnover increases.

Many Irish teams experience:

  • Unresolved difficult conversations

  • High emotional reactivity under pressure

  • Trust that fractures in high-stakes moments

  • Misalignment between leaders and team members

  • Uncertainty around how to navigate conflict

  • Stress levels that quietly erode performance

Our workshops tackle these issues at the root by offering in-depth insight into the dynamics at work as well as tools for regulation, communication, and collaboration which teams can use immediately.

What Makes Our Approach Different?

1. Evidence-based and business-relevant

Grounded in psychotherapy, neuroscience, and interpersonal psychology, our workshops offer psychotherapeutic knowledge adapted specifically for the complexity and pressure of corporate environments.

2. Works with real human dynamics, not just skill sets

The workshops address the conscious and unconscious influences that shape behaviour, including emotional regulation, stress responses, and relational dynamics. By treating the body as a core source of self-awareness and resilience, participants develop greater clarity, adaptability, and presence in real time.

3. Creates sustainable behavioural change

Highly experiential and tailored in the moment to your organisation’s culture and current team challenges, the work supports goal achievement from a foundation of personal and interpersonal resilience. This enables change to be embedded into everyday working life, delivering impact that lasts well beyond the workshop itself.
